Hey, I'm Tina

I’m a coach, educator, and former corporate leader with over two decades of experience in leadership development, human resources, training, and higher education.

For years, my work focused on helping people navigate careers, transitions, and professional growth.

What I noticed again and again — especially among women — was this:

Success without self-connection leads to burnout, resentment, and quiet disconnection from what matters most.

I bring a grounded, heart-centered approach that blends:

  • Real-world leadership and organizational experience

  • Reflective practices that build self-trust and clarity

  • Gentle, intuitive insight — without dogma or pressure

I believe women don’t need fixing. They need space, permission, and support to listen to themselves again.

Whether I’m coaching, teaching, mentoring, or speaking, my goal is the same: Help women lead their lives with intention, steadiness, and self-respect.

What my work is not

This work is not about fixing you, pushing harder, or adding more to your plate.

I don’t offer crisis support, therapy, or clinical treatment. My work is not designed to replace mental health care, nor does it focus on diagnosing or processing past trauma.

This is also not a productivity system, performance bootcamp, or “do more” approach to leadership.

Instead, my work is grounded in thoughtful reflection, practical guidance, and sustainable self-care — supporting clarity, steadiness, and intentional leadership at a pace that respects your real life.
